The reason that Russia was exiting the war is because they were having a small revolution to overthrough the Tzar. The reason that the United States entered the war is because there were unauthorized German submarines along the U.S east cost. This outraged the United States politions so they decided to declare war. Russia leaving the war and the USA entering affected Great Britains chances of winning the war against Germany because Germany was defeating the Russian empire in the east and when the USA joined up Britain they started to defeat Germany. So over all Russia leaving the war and the United Stated joining the war it was a great benifit to the over all chances of Great Britain winning the war.
We had Christmas here at camp. Instead of spending all day in the trenches, we got to go back to camp and play cards and sing christmas songs. I was really missing my family so i made them a christmas card.
